Almond butter chocolate chip cookies
16 oz jar of almond butter
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup swerve
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
Scoop batter onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake 13 minutes.
Keep the cookies on the cookie sheet to cool at least 15 min. They will crumble if you remove them sooner.
