Parmesan Salmon

Parmesan Salmon

This salmon dish is amazing!  Very easy to prepare, only 3 ingredients and you are in business! I love to sprinkle red chili peppers flakes on top as a bonus to the creaminess and flavor of the salmon.

I am going to focus on the fat benefits in the Salmon.  Lets remember that my philosophy on food is that it is information to the body. This information heals and protects our cells and helps our metabolism run the way it should. Fish oil is one of the most healing properties we can consume  The omega-3 fatty acids in fish help protect cell walls. With this, this fat protects our heart, eyes and brain function. Helps our blood from clotting and improves lung function.  These omega-3's also helps to protect against autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis as well as Dementia and Alzheimers.

Please choose wild Salmon and not farm raised salmon.  Lets Eat!
